- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

2. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuit pieces in the baking dish.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the country gravy, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning until well combined.

5. Pour the seasoned country gravy mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces and cheese in the baking dish.

6. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the gravy-soaked biscuits in the baking dish.

8. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

10. After 25-30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

11. Once the breakfast biscuit casserole is cooked through, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

12. Garnish the casserole with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
