Indulge in fall-off-the-bone tender St. Louis style ribs with this easy recipe! Marinated in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, then wrapped in foil and baked to perfection at 350°F for 2 hours. The ultimate finger-licking goodness awaits!
Ingredients:
- 2 racks of St. Louis style ribs
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Aluminum foil

Marinade:

In a bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and salt and pepper to taste.
Rub the marinade mixture generously all over the slab of ribs, ensuring it's evenly coated.
Let the ribs marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Take the marinated ribs out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Tear off a large piece of foil, enough to wrap the entire slab of ribs.
Place the ribs on the foil and brush a generous amount of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce over the top.
Wrap the foil tightly around the ribs, creating a sealed pouch.
Place the foil-wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and transfer them to the preheated oven.
Bake the ribs for 2 hours, or until they are tender and cooked through.
Carefully unwrap the foil pouch, being mindful of the steam.
Brush another layer of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce over the ribs.
Optionally, you can broil the ribs for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce and add a bit of char.
Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy your delicious St. Louis style ribs with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce!
