Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground turkey

- 2 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

- 1 cup canned bean sprouts, drained

- 4 green onions, sliced

- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 1 cup diced carrots

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Instructions:


1.  Prepare the Ramen Noodles:

   - Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

   - Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until they are just tender.

   - Drain the noodles and set aside.


2.  Cook the Ground Turkey:

   - Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

   - Add the ground turkey to the skillet and break it up with a spoon.

   - Cook the turkey, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

   - Season the turkey with salt and pepper to taste.

   - Remove the cooked turkey from the skillet and set it aside.


3.  Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

   - In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.

   - Add the diced carrots and shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

   - Stir in the minced garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.


4.  Combine Everything:

   - Return the cooked ground turkey to the skillet with the vegetables.

   - Add the drained bean sprouts, sliced green onions, and cooked ramen noodles to the skillet.

   - Pour the hoisin sauce and soy sauce over the mixture.

   - Stir everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.


5.  Serve:

   - Divide the stir-fry among serving plates or bowls.

   - Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
