Cheesy Ham and Pea Casserole 

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham and thawed peas.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, milk, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the ham and peas, then pour the cheese mixture over the top. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
9. Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
11. Serve this cheesy ham and pea casserole hot and enjoy the delicious flavors!
