Ingredients:

- 1 pound of (Zatarain's) Cajun-style sausage, sliced

- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
