Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or cooked and shredded chicken breast)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
- Celery sticks, carrot sticks, and tortilla chips for serving

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Frank's RedHot Sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.

3. Add the shredded cooked chicken to the bowl and mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the buffalo sauce mixture.

4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

5. Transfer the buffalo chicken dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

6. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

7. Once the dip is hot and bubbly, remove it from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions (if using).

8. Serve the buffalo chicken dip hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and tortilla chips for dipping.
