      Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Toss to coat the beef evenly and marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.

2. Cook the Broccoli: Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, then  immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.

3. Stir Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the  skillet and set aside.

4. Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and blanched broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

5. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine everything evenly.

6. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the skillet with the beef and vegetables, stirring continuously.

7. Simmer: Allow the sauce to simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens and coats the beef and vegetables evenly.

8. Serve: Remove the beef and broccoli stir fry from the heat. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.

9. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy with eggrolls or dumplings!

This easy-to-make beef and broccoli stir fry is perfect for a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner. Feel free to customize it by adding your favorite vegetables or adjusting the level of spiciness with chili flakes or sriracha sauce.
