Ingredients:

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 cups Zatarain's cilantro lime rice (prepared according to package instructions)
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Make the Avocado Salsa: In a separate bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, tomato, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
4. Assemble the Bowls: Divide the prepared cilantro lime rice evenly among serving bowls. Top with cooked shrimp, avocado salsa, thawed corn, and black beans.
